Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping: We try to get everything shipped out in a timely manner. If you feel like your order has taken longer than a few business days to be processed please reach out to us at email@example.com If shipping costs are higher than our automated calculator we will reach out to let you know.
Returns: Being transparent, we are a small owned business with a single parent/ single business owner that is running the business alone. With that being said we aren't able to offer a return policy that other big stores are able to because it ends up hurting our business and then ends up raising the prices of goods due to the items being returned. So I hope you want to still support us and if the item that you purchased doesn't work out, please reach out and we will try our hardest to accommodate. As of now we can only take non opened non used items as exchanges or returns and you will receive in store credit.
